Get ready to apply for Arkansas’s Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) grant!
Arkansas has been awarded $38 million to implement the CLSD program—a 5-year federal discretionary grant that aims to advance literacy skills through the use of evidence based practices, activities, and interventions for children from birth through grade 12, especially disadvantaged children, English learners and those with disabilities. District applications will be released in the coming months.
